Myrtle Street Baked is a small independent bakery based in West Sussex, United Kingdom.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

You will be notified as soon as possible if an issue arises.
Pre-Order Products
To ensure maximum freshness, our cookies are always baked to order.
Order cut-off dates and collection/delivery dates for pre-ordering will be clearly displayed on the website when it is an option.
Once the order cut-off date has passed, cancellations may not be possible.
Product Information
As Myrtle Street cookies are all hand-baked, slight variations in appearance, size and decoration may occur.
Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes and may not exactly represent the item received. We will however, be doing our utmost to provide you with cookies that are as near to the online images in appearance as possible.

Payment
Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched or collected.
We accept payment through the methods available at checkout.
Collection and Delivery
Where collection is offered, customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time.
Where delivery is offered, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your order arrives in good condition and on time.
Once the order has been delivered to the address provided, all responsibility for the order passes to the customer.
